Christopher P. Kenney obtained his undergraduate degree in 1986 from the University of Colorado at Boulder and is a 1990 graduate of the Denver University School of Law, where he served on the staff of the Denver University Law Review. Following law school, he joined one of the preeminent insurance defense firms in the Rocky Mountain region where he gained valuable experience defending liability claims on behalf of insureds, primarily in the areas of construction, architect and engineer liability, commercial and personal injury law.
In 1997, Christopher P. Kenney, P.C. was formed. Over the course of his legal career, Mr. Kenney has handled numerous high damage claims. Mr. Kenney continues to focus his practice in civil litigation matters, on behalf of both plaintiffs and defendants. Mr. Kenney has experience and expertise in numerous areas of law. In addition to his extensive work experience in the county and district courts of Colorado, Mr. Kenney has litigated cases in the Colorado Court of Appeals, the Supreme Court of Colorado, the United States District Court, District of Colorado and the United States Court of Appeals, Tenth Circuit. Mr. Kenney has also handled numerous civil litigation matters in the State of Wyoming. Mr. Kenney is a published author and is a member of the Denver and Colorado Bar Associations.
